This room has been my baby for about 2½ years. While I’ve been quiet on email and IG, I’ve been running it in real life, and inside Capsule:

• a memoir was written
• A documentary was finished
• illustrations were created
• a children’s book was born
• a clothing site launched
• and a lot of brave half-finished things became real

Before I explain what this is, I want to share why it exists. I needed this container, and it was nowhere to be found.

Most spaces help you understand why you feel stuck- you may even get an AHA. You walk away feeling different..... for a while, but that idea that you have been wanting to release and bring to the world is still stuck in the mind.

I will not be teaching productivity hacks, a fluff manifestation course, or merely just offering support.

I’m the one who sits beside you, creates a room where unearthing your genius is safe, and you get to finish the forbidden.

Capsule exists because creatives don’t have bosses, deadlines, or applause at the end of the quarter. We often work alone and need a room in proximity to other powerful women.

Capsule is a double project frame. We work on both the outer project (that biz or book) and the inner Project (the pattern that kept it from being born).

Here's the vibe:

Hour 1: We work on the inner project.
Hour 2: We work on the outer project together on Zoom, quietly, side by side.

No pushing.
No forcing.
Just real action with kind, loving, thoughtful witnesses.
